This is a beautiful apartment, gorgeous view of the forest from the balcony, very comfortable table and chairs on the balcony for eating while enjoying the scenery, the air conditioners work very well, very large TV screen, comfortable couch, modern furniture and modern decorations, large mirrors, very clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed mattress and pillows. First aid kit and broom and mop available. Also a washer and dryer on the balcony. I liked the large surface areas of the dining table and coffee table. The host is very accessible and helpful. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Nice parking next to the front of the apartment. The beach is just down the street, as well as restaurants. Located in a residential neighborhood where you can step outside and take a walk. Within a couple of minutes of 2 Supermax grocery stores and pharmacies. The street in front of apartment has very little traffic, and there are a few medical businesses on that street. It is a pleasure staying here.
The safe did not work, looks like the battery was out. The gate to our parking spot was hard to open when we arrived, so the host allowed us to park in an adjoining spot where the gate was fine. The water temperature was hard to control in the shower next to the kitchen, but easier to control in the shower in the bedroom. I miss the chest of drawers that used to be in one of the bedrooms, but we managed by using our suitcases, putting clothes on the bed in the other bedroom, and using the many hangers, night table drawers and other flat surfaces
